My fees reflect the provision of independent expert opinion within a medicolegal context, rather than clinical service delivery.

Reports are prepared to a standard suitable for legal proceedings and are designed to assist with liability, quantum, and decision-making. This includes detailed analysis of functional capacity, support needs, and the impact of disability across environments.

As such, fees are aligned with those of similarly experienced allied health expert witnesses and medico-legal providers, recognising my level of expertise, responsibility, and scrutiny associated with this work.
