Refund Policy

Medicolegal Assessments

Our medicolegal services are billed on completion of the service, with fees invoiced after the completion of assessment, reporting, or consultation tasks. All work is conducted in accordance with relevant medicolegal standards, professional regulations, and ethical obligations to ensure accuracy, impartiality, and compliance with legal requirements. Referrers are responsible for full payment of all invoiced services within the specified payment period, regardless of case outcomes or third‑party reimbursement. Late payments may incur additional administrative fees, and reports will not be released until outstanding balances are settled.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision services for occupational therapy practitioners are delivered on a prepaid basis, requiring full payment prior to the commencement of scheduled sessions. This structure ensures dedicated time, preparation, and continuity of support while maintaining compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory expectations for supervised practice. Prepaid sessions are non‑refundable but may be rescheduled with adequate notice, and supervisees are expected to engage actively, maintain accurate documentation, and practice within their scope. Supervisors provide guidance, oversight, and feedback to promote safe, competent, and legally compliant clinical practice.
